Everywhere in the apartment was fairly clean. Welcoming and polite staff, they were always near.

The location was pretty bad.

Absolutely amazing stay in the summer holidays, comfortable bedroom and large bathroom. Situated in a particularly good spot. Based next to all locations around Birmingham. In general amiable and pretty friendly staff.

Didn't expect such a perfect place, would want to stay there again. Very good apartment, it has views of the garden. We liked the staff, everyone was really helpful and amicable. Had easy check-in too. Beautiful and neat rooms, with bedroom, a balcony, for instance, that appeared to be useful. Exceptionally nice setting for what we wanted.

Fairly clean property near a consistent stream of multiple groups of students entering the building with packs of beer, shopping bags with alcohol, smoking weed and the centre of Birmingham 5 minutes from the Bull Ring.

The location is fantastic, close to shopping centers, and the staff is extremely helpful at all times.

It's a clean property, very very good stay in the summer holidays. The place is near to the Pound shop down corporation Street, restaurants, bars, shops, train station and Bullring and Train Station.

The location was perfect, with the train station and Bull Ring just a stone's throw away. Plus, having a Tesco Express and plenty of Asian restaurants nearby was super convenient. The host, Adil, was wonderful and made sure we felt at home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. It definitely exceeded my expectations and was even more affordable than a hotel. I can't wait to come back soon!

The breakfast experience could have been improved.

Our apartment was clean and conveniently located just a short walk away from the center of Birmingham. It only took us 5 minutes to reach popular spots such as the Bull Ring, Birmingham New Street train station, and the Pound shop on corporation Street. The location was fantastic, as it was close to everything we needed.

This place is a really good apartment in a great location close to an independent cinema, Bullring, Train Station, and a variety of bars and restaurants, which is convenient for exploring the city.

We really enjoyed that it was clean. Everything was simply perfect. Handy, easy location to get around, it was not far from the train station.

We had a great time staying at Arcadian City Centre in Birmingham. The location was excellent, right next to China Town and the Bullring. The car parking in the basement was very convenient and reasonably priced. The late check-in option was also a great feature. The communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay.
